Customer Purchase Terms
Draft, pending legal review. This document has not been finalized or legally approved and may change before Blake launches.

These terms apply when you buy, claim, book, or subscribe to anything from a creator's store on Blake. A creator may add their own terms, which apply alongside these.
1. You are buying from the creator
- The store you buy from is run by an independent creator. Your purchase is a contract between you and that creator. The creator is the seller, sets the price, describes the product, delivers it, and is responsible for it, including customer support and refunds.
- Blake (Amanda Howard HQ, Inc., doing business as Blake) provides the software the creator uses. Blake is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on the creator's behalf. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency shown, and may include taxes where the creator is required to collect them. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout.
- Memberships renew automatically each month or year, at the price shown, until you cancel. You can cancel from your Blake library; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Payment plans charge the number of installments shown at checkout. You cannot cancel the remaining installments once the plan starts, unless the creator agrees or the law requires. When all installments are paid, your access is permanent.
- One-click offers. If you accept an add-on offer shown after checkout, it is charged to the card you just used, as a separate order. Your card is kept securely by Stripe on the creator's account for this purpose, and you are never charged without clicking.
- Discount codes apply as shown at checkout (for memberships and payment plans, to the first payment only, unless stated otherwise).
3. Delivery and access
- Digital products, courses, and downloads are delivered through your Blake library, which you open with the email address you used at checkout (we send a sign-in link; no password needed). Downloads use short-lived secure links.
- Memberships give access while your membership is active. Course content may be released on a schedule the creator sets.
- Coaching sessions are scheduled through the creator's booking page and held using the meeting link the creator provides. You may cancel up to the notice period the creator sets.
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own use, unless the creator says otherwise. You may not resell, share, or redistribute it.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are decided by the creator, under the creator's refund policy shown on their store or product page and any rights you have under the law. Contact the creator first (reply to your receipt email).
- If a refund is issued, it goes back to your original payment method. A full refund ends your access to the refunded product.
- Your legal rights. If you live in the UK or EU, you may have a right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days unless you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose this right. [Legal to confirm checkout wording, L9.] Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
5. Disputes with your bank
If something went wrong, please contact the creator before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are solved faster that way. If you dispute a charge, the creator may suspend your access to the product while the dispute is open.
6. Email from the creator
A purchase does not sign you up for the creator's marketing emails. You will receive transactional emails about your order (such as receipts and access emails). You will receive marketing email only if you separately opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Affiliate links
Some products are recommended by affiliates who may earn a commission if you buy through their link, at no extra cost to you. If you follow more than one affiliate's link for the same product, the most recent valid link you followed gets the credit.
8. Privacy
Your information is shared with the creator you buy from and processed by Blake and Stripe to provide your purchase, as described in the Blake Privacy Policy and the creator's own privacy policy, if they have one.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Blake does not make or guarantee the creator's products, and is not responsible for them. To the extent the law allows, Blake's liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited as stated in the Blake Terms of Service. Your claims about a product are against the creator.
10. Contact
For anything about a product or order, contact the creator by replying to your receipt. For problems with the Blake library or checkout, email [support@blakewith.com].
