Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Blake collects through this prelaunch website and the Blake waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. Blake is coming soon; this policy covers the website and waitlist only, not the Blake platform, which will have its own terms and privacy policy at launch.

Who we are

Blake is operated by Amanda Howard HQ, Inc. You can reach us at hello@blakewith.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your first name and email address;
• what best describes you, if you choose to tell us (this is optional);
• a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, its version, and when you agreed;
• the page or campaign that brought you to the waitlist, if available;
• how many times your address has been submitted, and when it was last submitted;
• for each email we send you: when it was sent, and whether it was delivered, bounced, or reported as spam.

If someone submits your email address again, we count it, but it never changes your details or your choice to unsubscribe.

To protect the waitlist from spam, we keep one-way hashes of your email address and of your network (IP) address for rate limiting. The network address hash is made with a secret key, and our database never stores the address itself. These records are deleted automatically about a day after they are created.

When you visit this website, our hosting and database providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser, and device, and keep it in their own logs for a limited time for security and to run their services. On the waitlist form, Cloudflare's human check (Turnstile) processes information about your browser and device to tell people from automated programs.

Browsing this website does not require an account, and we do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on it.

Your consent to email

To join the waitlist, you tick a box that reads: “Email me Blake launch news and early-access updates. I can unsubscribe anytime. See our Privacy Policy.” We use your email address only to send you Blake launch news and early-access updates, as that box describes. We will not send you marketing email without that consent, and every marketing email we send will include a link to unsubscribe.

How we use your information

• to keep you on the waitlist and send the updates you asked for;
• to understand, in aggregate, who is interested in Blake;
• to protect the waitlist from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who process your information only to provide their services to us:

• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• Supabase, which hosts our database, including the waitlist;
• Cloudflare, which provides the human check on the waitlist form;
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which handles email you send to hello@blakewith.com;
• Resend, which delivers the emails we send you (your first name, email address, and the message itself pass through it);

Our providers store and process information in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list, so we never email you again by mistake. Rate-limit records are deleted about a day after they are created.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email from us.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete your waitlist entry by emailing hello@blakewith.com. To protect your information, we will confirm the request with the email address on the list before we change or delete anything.

Children

This website and waitlist are not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above when we do.
